However I got there, I'm sure glad I came.

The story of my nom is prosaic--I'm a Jewish kid from New England, but when I was in college my folks moved 
to Arizona.  One wag gave me the name Tex because it didn't suit me //at all//.  I added the "Mr." to give it 
some dignity.
