====== How to get forms over the net ======

Form Friend will allow you to retrieve forms from a database of forms.  To do this,
you must be connected to the Internet, since the lookup is done across the net.


===== Setup =====

Make sure that you have the host name and port for the Form Friend database server correctly specified.  See the [[Solving:formfriend:options|options]] page for more information on how to specify these.  If you have a dial-up connection to the internet, make sure you are currently dialed in.

===== Getting a form =====

To retrieve a form, press Ctrl-I, or choose "Retrieve form from Internet" from the File menu.  The following 
dialog will be displayed:

Click on the form you want to download, and choose the OK button.  After a pause, the form will appear in FormFriend.
