p. 5 – In the June afternotes, the note for flat 72 actually applies to 70. In the July afternotes, the note for flat 23 is meant for 25, and the references to flat 79 were meant for 78.
p. 7 – The regular flat numbers in the August Easy List are all shifted down by one number; that is, 13 should be 14, etc. This kind of easy list is worse than no easy list at all!
p. 11 – The puzzle note listed for 15 really goes with flat 16, the one for 27 really goes with flat 28, one for 40 really goes with flat 39, and the one for X-5 really goes with X-8. Whew.
3 – You could argue that 5 = + usage here.
13 – Something in the reading is finable in NI2.
43 – The “findable” answer is not, as it turns out, in all 10Cs (but it's familiar).
56 – Missing = in byline not rubricious, just a typo.
67 – Tag should read ”+ usage” and not just ”+”. Also missing a closing quote at the end of the verse.
72 – “ENIGMATIC,” not “ENGIMATIC” in the title. Another typo.
78 – As this anagram has a single-word answer, I really shouldn't have given the enumeration. So delete the ”(11).”
p. 35 – I mistakenly left out one of the July solutions:

C-4 – *PCZO = not MW
C-6 – Missing a period at the end of the crypt.
C-7 – Turns out the EAT is in MW, so no tag is needed.

5–The blank line after line 4 is not significant; just a formatting hiccup.
14–6 = +
40–Needs a tag: “NI3 word in reading.”
42–Missing period after the flat number is just a typo, not part of the rubric.
45–Not an erratum exactly, but since some people were confused: the three cuewords here are NOOK, ROOM, and THE HOUSE.
61–A period is missing from the end of line 2.
66–One answer = +.
F2–In 1D and 13D: “Siouan.”
X-6–There was a mistake in the diagram; the heavy vertical bar that forms the left border to 29A should really have been two squares to the left. So the lights for 28A and 29A are resectively 5 and 7 letters long. This was fixed quite early, so it's correct in the printed copy that was mailed out, but . . . in fixing this, I inadvertently moved the diagram a skosh, bumping the column of Down clues enough to shift the last clue beyond the event horizon and into oblivion. It is:

C-2–Missing a period at the end of the crypt.
C-5–Missing an open single quote before ^TYXM; also the closing single quote should come before the ! at the end (and it ought to look like a curly single quote).

*p. 1 – Of course, Tyger, and not Uncanny, is our sitting VP, so the nominees for veep should have read: Tyger (currently sitting), Arbutus, Cazique, Sue++.
*p. 2 – In the September Corrigenda, the fix to flat 15 should have read “6 = +” and the fix listed for X-5 really applies to X-6.
41 -— Treesong pointed out that Dick isn’t “hanging ten” in the picture here. That doesn’t matter for solving, but there’s something else that didn’t print clearly that is important. Some details may be hard to make out in the fruit bowl on the right. The banana has a nose, the apple has eyes, and the pear is grinning.
72 —- STRING is the shorter word here, LYRE the longer.
F-4 -— Not exactly like the standard pentagon described in the guide. It’s like a 7-pentagon missing its last row and column:

F-5 —- Clue 5 should read simply “Various bodily openings.”
F-6 —- Diagamorphs aren’t usually double forms, and the guide says that we always provide enumerations for them. Here are the answer lengths: 1, 2, 3, 6, 4, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 6, 3, 2, 1.
X-2 -— Clue 16 should read “One of an order of mammals.”

Throught the issue, I capitalized the “Am” from “Sam-I-am” and related names. Crax pointed out that In _Green Eggs and Ham_ he's consistently referred to as “Sam-I-am.” It's not his name, says Crax, but merely what the viridovophobe calls him.

39–Non-MW material in reading.
52–Line 2: “seem” should be “seemed.”
*52–One of the TWO's is missing a *.

One puzzle in the issue has TETCBN (a word from the verse repeated in the solution). Sigh.
35–The apostrophe in the enumeration is facing the wrong way.
KU-3–As a number of Mowtownophiles pointed out to me, Ms. BEGUN didn't actually replace Ms. Ross; she replaces another member of the Supremes.
C-1–Missing a period at the end.
F-1–9 isn't MW. It's from NI1, which is understandable, given the date of the puzzle.
Three ADDITIONAL KUDOS were missing from the the August Solvers report: CF3-*/2, CF5-*/2, CF6-*/3.
