Through the Grey Labyrinth puzzle site, where many were incrementally responsible but Tahnan and T McAy probably (and inadvertently) pushed me over the edge, and with the 2005 Convention coming to Los Angeles joining became inevitable.

A phonetic double-cross counterpart of my last name. “Tinhorn” is defined in 11C as one “who pretends to have money, ability, or influence.” Whether the nom is ironic is left to the eye of the beholder.
