Mona

Recruitment

Lunch Boy (unbeknownst to him). I discovered his hilarious book, Holy Tango of Literature, and loved it so much I visited his blog, where I found out about NPL.

Recruits

My Mom, but she's just in for the Cryptic Crosswords.

Nom

MONA came from my favorite transposal of my name (Rain Wilmoth) = MONA HI-TWIRL. Only after several months of NPL membership (acquiring the Krewe way of thinking) did I notice how apt MONA is: reversed, it spells “a nom.” (Enigma Feb. '06, #40)
